We deliver anywhere in Australia, and standard delivery is free. We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1–3 business days; delivery then usually takes 2–7 business days to metro areas and 5–14 business days to regional and remote areas. Yes. Enter your order number and billing email on our Order Tracking page. If you created an account, you can also see all your orders under My Account.

Please email info@valerohome.com as soon as possible with your order number. You can change or cancel your order free of charge any time before it’s dispatched, and we’ll refund you in full. After dispatch, our Returns & Refunds policy applies.

If you change your mind, let us know within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.

We pack every order carefully, but if something arrives damaged or faulty, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a few photos of the item and its packaging. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

Some pieces arrive ready to use and others need light assembly. Any instructions you need are included in the box. If you’d like to check before ordering, just send us a message.

Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth and wipe up spills straight away. Keep wood, rattan and velvet out of strong direct sunlight and away from heaters to protect the finish. For upholstery, gently vacuum with a soft brush attachment and spot-clean with a damp cloth.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Payments are processed securely by Stripe on our dedicated checkout page at securecartpays.com, and we never see or store your full card number.
